Bill works with each buyer in evaluating their reports and then creates a plan for them to repair their credit history and improve their score in order to purchase a new home. Some buyers can get things done quickly and are ready to start building within 60 days. Others may take a year. When buyers are motivated to purchase a new home and are willing to work with Bill they at least now have a plan to help.

Highland Homes is conducting an educational seminar to inform buyers what needs to be done to their credit report in order to purchase a home. They will offer a free credit report to each attendee and educate them on what things to look for on their credit that may be causing a low score.
Shelter Mortgage loan officers will be educating buyers on the different assistance program and loan programs to help buyers understand where they can access these funds and programs. Highland Homes sales people will also be there to inform buyers where these programs are accepted and offer free brochure packages to buyers.
