Highland Homes Recognized as Top Builder in the Nation

Once again, Highland Homes has been recognized as one of the top home builders in the nation with rankings on both the Next 100 and the 2014 Housing Giants lists.

Compiled by BUILDER Magazine, the Builder 100 and Next 100 lists were ranked based on closings in 2013. In a highly-competitive year strengthened by an improving housing market, we ranked No. 113, which is up from No. 120 in the previous year. To attain our improved ranking, we closed an impressive 313 homes in 2013. This was up 36 percent from our closings in 2012.

Ranked according to revenue in 2013, Highland Homes was listed as No. 187 on the 2014 Housing Giants list released by Professional Builder Magazine. Our total revenue for 2013 was more than $52 million, also a significant improvement over the prior year and a number we plan to improve upon again in 2014.

Over the years, we have consistently made both lists to be ranked among the most successful homebuilders in the nation and, as a builder with locations in just seven Florida counties, it is an honor to be recognized against companies who build throughout the United States.
