Highland Homes Recognized as One of Nation’s Top Home Builders

We’re proud to announce recent recognition on two of the country’s most prestigious homebuilding lists! Earlier this week, BUILDER Magazine’s Builder 100 list named Highland Homes (Highland Holdings, Inc.) as No. 80 largest home builder in the nation, and Professional Builder’s annual Housing Giants list placed us as the No. 124 largest builder in the nation. Both rankings are a step up from positions on the lists last year, as a testament to our continued growth and success.

BUILDER Magazine collected data for the rankings via direct survey of the nation’s top builders to compile the Builder 100 list. Rankings were determined based on the number of new home closings in 2016. We closed 570 new homes last year to be ranked No. 80 out of 100 builders, a 17.5 percent increase over 2015.

Meanwhile, on Professional Builder’s Housing Giants list, homebuilding companies are ranked based on revenue. With housing revenue totaling $115.42 million in 2016, a 21.1 percent increase over 2015, we landed at No. 124 out of 240 builders.
