In June, we officially opened our model center at Sunset Hills. We are excited to announce we are now selling Dade City new homes full time from this model, and would like to introduce the newest face of the Highland Homes sales team, David Morales.
David has been a Florida resident for over 36 years. In 1997, he started his career in the mortgage industry and quickly realized his passion bent more towards helping home buyers find their Tampa new home, so he became a licensed Realtor. David’s keen understanding of finance as well as his knowledge of the Real Estate market allows him to help buyers find the perfect home with the best financing for their budget.
David is fluent in Spanish and when he is not working with home buyers, he enjoy spending time outdoors with his family.
