Building a new home is an exciting and rewarding time. You have already spent time deciding which Community meets your needs and which plan is best suited to your family and lifestyle. Now you must choose all the items, colors and upgrades you would like in your home to match your personal style!

The Personal Selection Studio was created to make your choices easier. Our Design Consultants are here to help guide you through your selections, assisting you throughout the process.

Inside the Personal Selection Studio you will find everything you need to personalize your new home. You will find a great selection of cabinetry, fixtures, appliances, counter tops, lighting, flooring and so much more. All selections are from brand names you can trust. The Personal Selection Studio is designed to help your visualize how your selections will look in your new home.

Our Design Consultants will contact you shortly after you have purchased your new home to schedule your selection appointment. Your appointment needs to be set within two weeks from the sales and purchase agreement date.
