After one year of ownership, Highland Homes provides a 10-year structural warranty through Home Buyers Warranty Corporation. (view sample warranty) Highland Homes continues to remain claims free with Home Buyers Warranty Corporation our outside warranty resource provider. That means we have handled and resolved all of our warranty claims internally. You can count on Highland Homes to be there when you need assistance with your service requests.

Before you contact the customer service department please consult your individual maintenance and warranty manuals for problems that can be corrected through product manufacturers.
