During this first year, the home is also covered by a Bonded Builders Third-Party Warranty. Highland Homes continues to remain claims free with our outside warranty resource provider, which means we have handled and resolved all of our warranty claims internally, but it is nice to know that you have that additional protection. You can count on Highland Homes to be there when you need assistance with your service requests. In addition to the one year Builder Warranty, Highland Homes provides a 10-year structural warranty through Bonded Builders Warranty Group. Purchasing a home is often the biggest investment you will ever make, and we want to make sure you are covered.
