File a Warranty Repair Request

Before you contact our customer service department regarding a warranty claim:

  1. Please refer to our list of Home Maintenance Items Not Covered by the Builder Warranty.
  2. Many major systems such as A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliances can be resolved directly through Warranty Subcontractors, for your convenience! Find Warranty Subcontractor information for your community.

Filing a Warranty Claim During Your First Year of Ownership
