The Studio offers is an immersive experience designed to make your choices easy by helping you visualize how your selections will look in your new home. Your personal Design Consultant will guide you through the home design process and help you select products and colors that coordinate with each other as well as suit your style and needs.

Inside the Personal Selection Studio, you will find everything you need to personalize your new home from roofing to flooring and everything in between. Hundreds of options are available to choose from including a great selection of cabinetry, appliances, countertops, lighting, flooring, paint, home audio, energy-efficiency products, and so much more.

We build with brand names you can trust and offer a wide variety of options to choose from at every price point, from included and no additional cost, to luxurious upgrades.

Our Design Team will contact you shortly after you purchase your new home to schedule your home design appointment. Both in-person and virtual appointment options are available, and you can get a head start on planning your dream home design:
