Decorated Model Townhomes at Gibsonton Community Appeal to Every Buyer
Whether you’re a young professional buying your first home, a retiree looking for low-maintenance living, or any stage in between, you’ll find the perfect home plan at Tuscany Bay, a gated townhome community in Gibsonton, Florida! The community’s new model center is now open, showcasing three brand-new, professionally decorated model homes with designer interiors.
These new homes in Gibsonton offer 1,734 to 1,801 square feet of expertly designed living space, with each home plan featuring three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a one-car garage. Open layouts showcase a gourmet kitchen and private master suite, as well as a front porch and covered lanai for outdoor living enjoyment, all priced from the $180’s.
These three unique townhome models offer something for everyone in their design scheme, whether your style preference is coastal, casual, rustic, modern or traditional.
“Before deciding on a color and décor scheme for any model, we meet with the Vice President of Sales to discuss the community’s ideal home buyer,” said Stacey. “We knew that Tuscany Bay would have buyers from every stage of life, so our goal when designing these townhomes was to ensure that there was something for everyone. Each townhome showcases different ways to utilize the space, illustrating how they can be a fit for young professionals, growing families or empty-nesters.”
The first model home, featuring the Chardonnay plan, incorporates a rustic design with darker wood, copper and green elements. Typically, this design style and the colors selected appeal to a more mature audience, and the design team kept that in mind when decorating the home.
“Instead of making the secondary bedrooms into children’s rooms, we decorated them with a more mature audience in mind,” said Stacey Antonakos-Perez, Design Center Manager and Highland Homes’ premier model decorator. “One bedroom is designed as an older girl’s room, while another is a guest bedroom with a desk area.”
This home plan also has a large family room, so the design team decided to divide the space through creative furniture placement, creating a cozier family room with a separate dining area.
The Merlot home plan showcases a white and gray color scheme with blue and pink accents. The modern décor has a clean, simple, fresh feel, designed to appeal to a large homebuying audience.
Finally, The Riesling model townhome has a casual farmhouse feel with light wood and metals accented by light greens and earthy colors. This model home also has a large family room, so Stacey and the design team incorporated a desk area right in the family room, while both secondary bedrooms are decorated as kids’ bedrooms.
In addition to the décor style for each home, the design team wanted to provide reminders of the community’s location near the water. Each model home has a room that gives you the sense of being near the water through details like wainscoting on the walls and ceiling, coastal lanterns, beachy pictures and other coastal décor elements. For example, in The Riesling townhome, the boy’s room features a reptile design with lizards, snakes and alligators, while the girl’s room showcases a mermaid theme.
When you purchase a new townhome in Gibsonton at Tuscany Bay, you can choose from one of the three design packages curated by Stacey and the rest of the Highland Homes design team. Package A features white cabinets with countertops that incorporate white, black and gray, and gray tile floors. Package B features espresso cabinetry with a brown and taupe countertop and taupe tile floors, while Package C is a medium brown cabinet with cream and gold countertops and cream tile floors.
In addition to the professionally selected color schemes, the homes are designed with luxurious finishing touches, like 18” x 18” ceramic tile flooring, designer cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and LED kitchen lighting, all designed to make your new home truly move-in ready. As an added bonus, Highland Homes gives all new townhome buyers the opportunity to customize your home with additional options, like adding ceiling fans or a screen enclosure for the lanai!
No matter which home plan or design scheme you choose at Tuscany Bay, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive community amenities, like a gated entrance, expertly designed common areas, and a resort-style swimming pool with a cabana. The community pool and cabana area will be completed this summer, ready for homeowners to take a dip in its cool waters and soak up Florida’s plentiful sunshine.
