Winter Haven New Homes Located Near Economic Development

There is a lot going on in Winter Haven these days. Everywhere you look a new business is popping up, and even the area’s latest development, Legoland Florida, has plans for expansion. The city is definitely in a state of growth, and our Winter Haven new homes are in the center of it all.
The Landings, a redevelopment project on the Chain of Lakes complex property, recently announced that its first tenant will be Panera Bread, and more tenant announcements are expected soon.
