October was a huge month for Highland Homes with 41 contracts written on their Florida homes. Even though we are only one week into November, it also is shaping up to be an incredibly successful month. The Orlando area seems to be the hot area for Highland Homes with the two top selling communities offering new homes in the Orlando area priced from the low $100’s.
Andover is located in East Polk County just off highway 17/92 and prices start in the $120’s. This community is very popular with Disney employees as well as workers from the other local theme parks. Buyers say the reason they have interest in this community is due to the convenient drive to work, yet the location is out of the congested traffic areas. Andover is a quaint community that is almost sold out, but Ken Smith, community sales manager says he is already selling at another near-by community.
