lakeland homes for saleWhat do buyers want when they are looking for their first or next home? At Highland Homes, they’ll tell you they want the lowest monthly payment and to put the least amount of money down as possible. And, what buyers want, they get at Highland Homes!

We have made it our business to find ways to get buyers in for very little or no money down and the lowest possible payment in order to help buyers be able to purchase a home. With our newest campaign, Highland Homes is offering just $99 down and payments as low as $578 per month. This offer has some restrictions for maximum income and other financial requirements, but most buyers who purchase from Highland Homes seem to fit into this program.

“We don’t just sell to first time buyers,” says Kathie McDaniel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We sell to anyone who is looking for the best value,” she continued. “Many of our buyers are repeat customers, who purchased from us years ago and realize the quality and value,” says McDaniel. Several of the company’s sales have come from out-of-state home buyers who Read More→

Ayersworth Glen is Making Headlines!

Posted by Highland Homes on March 5, 2010 | Comments (0)

SOLD smlFor what seems like years, newspapers and other media outlets have been filled with nothing but negative stories related to the housing industry. We’ve seen headlines like “Housing prices drop,” “Record foreclosure rates,” and “Builder Declare Bankruptcy.” While we know that not everything related to the Florida real estate market has been negative the past couple of years, news outlets rarely publish positive stories because they just don’t sell like negative features. So, to see the St. Petersburg Times publish a positive news story about the housing market is a huge deal. What makes it an even bigger deal is that Ayersworth Glen, a master-planned community in Tampa where Highland Homes builds, was the article’s lead.

What is so newsworthy at Ayersworth Glen? Sold signs and construction! Construction workers head to the community on a daily basis to add more and more homes to the community, many of which have already been purchased. When driving through the streets of the community, you see empty lots with SOLD signs in front of them and many occupied residences. Read More→

Homes at Ayersworth Going Quickly

Posted by Highland Homes on October 30, 2009 | Comments (0)

highland-courte-at-ayersworthDuring the housing downturn that has beset the nation, it is refreshing to hear a successful story, especially in the news. Which is why we are so happy to announce that the Osprey Observer has featured Highland Homes in a recent article, and the story is all about the success we have been experiencing in the Tampa real estate market with our neighborhoods at Ayersworth Glen.

There are several factors that contribute to Highland’s success. Something unique that Highland Homes offers is an in-house finance expert. Basically, the finance expert works closely with home shoppers to to get them rates they can afford and ultimately get them into a new home. And, the Central Florida home builder goes above and beyond to cater to the needs of new home shoppers. For example, Ayersworth Glen now has a bilingual sales team to accommodate those in which English is not their first language. Read More→
