What do buyers want when they are looking for their first or next home? At Highland Homes, they’ll tell you they want the lowest monthly payment and to put the least amount of money down as possible. And, what buyers want, they get at Highland Homes!
We have made it our business to find ways to get buyers in for very little or no money down and the lowest possible payment in order to help buyers be able to purchase a home. With our newest campaign, Highland Homes is offering just $99 down and payments as low as $578 per month. This offer has some restrictions for maximum income and other financial requirements, but most buyers who purchase from Highland Homes seem to fit into this program.
“We don’t just sell to first time buyers,” says Kathie McDaniel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We sell to anyone who is looking for the best value,” she continued. “Many of our buyers are repeat customers, who purchased from us years ago and realize the quality and value,” says McDaniel. A Magical Disney Holiday Season
Posted by on December 4, 2009 | Comments
The holiday season is upon us and there are hardly any events better than those at Disney World to get you in the holiday spirit. This year, more than ever, it is important to take part in these magical, cheerful events to help brighten your mood and distract you from the stress of our current economy.
Of course, it’s not entirely practical or economical to make a trip to Disney World during the holiday season, unless, of course, you are an Orlando resident. Living in the Orlando area not only makes it extremely convenient to attend all Disney World holiday events every year, but it is also much more affordable since you get to take advantage of the Florida resident rates. Highland Homes builds Orlando new homes at their new community Deer Creek. The central Florida builder also has other communities – Mystery Ridge and Andover, both of which feature new homes in Davenport – in close proximity to these extraordinary theme parks. By living in these communities, there is no reason you can’t make it a family tradition to visit Disney World every holiday season.
So, what exactly does Disney have to offer during this time of year? Read More→
Check out the Highland homes Digital Postcard
Posted by on September 29, 2009 | Comments
The latest digital postcard from Highland Homes highlights the many new and exciting things taking place with the company. While there are many great things brewing for Highland Homes, the most notable are the three new communities that have recently opened – St. James Crossing, Deer Creek and Crescent View. While opening three new communities is a tremendous feat all in itself, especially taking into consideration the current state of the economy, it’s even more impressive that Highland Homes is venturing into a new market with one them. Deer Creek is the first Orland new home community for Highland Homes, and we are beyond elated to finally break into this exciting market. Despite having been open only a couple of weeks, we have already sold our first home!
The two other communities, St. James Crossing and Crescent View, both feature new homes in Winter Haven. St. James Crossing is a little closer to Auburndale and only minutes from the Polk Parkway and I-4, while Crescent View is more on the southern tip of Winter Haven only five minutes from Cypress Gardens and Eagle Lake Mall.
