Highland Homes introduces new floor plans at Whitemarsh, where Leesburg new homes start from the $120,000s. Thirty-five home designs are now offered in the community, and community manager Declan Conroy invites new home buyers to come by and find out how they can move in for just $99 down.
The model home at Whitemarsh showcases the Winston II design, one of Highland Homes’ most popular plans. Another Fantastic Month for Highland Homes

And Highland Homes has done it again – they have had another successful month. April concluded with 61 closing for the month! Fantastic job Highland Homes, you are obviously setting a very high standard for the rest of Florida real estate.
