Posted by Highland Homes on February 27, 2009 | Comments (1)

Highland Homes has finally ventured into Lake County with their new community, Whitemarsh. With the success the Florida home builder has experienced in Polk County, it seems a natural progression to move into Lake County. Whitemarsh features new homes in Leesburg priced from the $140′s. The community could not be in a better location, just on Highway 27 south of Plantations Golf Club. With such easy access to the highway, Whitemarsh is just a short drive away from Sumter, Polk and Osceola counties as well as the flavorful towns that surround Leesburg. Plus, the community overlooks the Dilly Marsh, creating beautiful natural views from these Lake County new homes. Well, there is no better way to get a feel for the community and its location than by visiting the community in person. Plus, while you are taking a tour of the area surrounding Whitemarsh, you’ll also be able to view two fully decorated model homes that showcase two of Highland Homes’ most popular floorplans – one of which showcases the Winston II floorplan.
