The Daily Beast recently ranked the best public high schools in the nation based on how effective they are in producing college-ready graduates. Bartow High School, which is specifically zoned for two of our Polk County communities, was ranked No. 2 nationwide for their International Baccalaureate (IB) School!
Bartow High’s IB School was the only Florida school in the top five and one of just three Florida high schools in the top 10, not to mention the only one located within the zoning for any of our Central Florida new home communities. According to Bay News 9 and the Fiserve Case-Shiller home indexes, Polk County home values are expected to surge by 10.3% over the next 5 years, which is the highest expected increase of any county in the state!

Build a disaster supply kit: This should include everything your family will need for three days (as long as it may take disaster relief workers to reach you with supplies).
