The latest digital postcard from Highland Homes highlights the many new and exciting things taking place with the company. While there are many great things brewing for Highland Homes, the most notable are the three new communities that have recently opened – St. James Crossing, Deer Creek and Crescent View. While opening three new communities is a tremendous feat all in itself, especially taking into consideration the current state of the economy, it’s even more impressive that Highland Homes is venturing into a new market with one them. Deer Creek is the first Orland new home community for Highland Homes, and we are beyond elated to finally break into this exciting market. Despite having been open only a couple of weeks, we have already sold our first home!
The two other communities, St. James Crossing and Crescent View, both feature new homes in Winter Haven. Deer Creek is Open for Business

The time has arrived! Finally, Highland Homes will open for business this weekend at Deer Creek in St. Cloud. This is the first community in the Orlando real estate market for Highland Homes and the company is anticipating a warm welcome from it’s Orlando prospects. Highland Homes has had great response to this new community and the sales trailer is now in place. Saturday, September 19th at 10 a.m. the doors will officially be open for business.
Prices in the community will start in the $120’s and will include more than 20 floor plans to choose from. Highland Homes is Now Selling New Homes in Orlando

Deer Creek, the newest community from Highland Homes and their first endeavor into the Orlando market, officially began selling homes on Tuesday. This is a huge milestone for the central Florida home builder because not only are they continuing to build in this economy, but they are entering a new market. The Orlando new homes at Deer Creek are priced from the $130’s and range in size from 1,200 square feet to over 2,600 square feet. Both ranch and two-story plans are available. On the Move in Orlando

Highland Homes is on the move again and this time it’s in Orlando, Fla. They have just announced they will be selling homes in St. Cloud at Deer Creek beginning September 1st. Kristen Hash, one of Highland Homes top performing sales counselors’ will be moving to this community. With her proven success in the other communities she worked, Kristen is bound to be successful in Deer Creek. She has already sold one home to a buyer and the company has not even set up their sales trailer yet.
