3D Rendering Specialist
Description
Highland Homes, a successful Florida homebuilder, is now hiring a 3D Rendering Specialist! The ideal candidate is responsible for creating photorealistic 3D architectural renderings for all parts of the homebuilding process including exterior elevation renderings, interior renderings, digital staging, floorplans, monument entry signs, amenity concepts, and other 3D projects for Highland Homes.
The position is based at our corporate office in Lakeland, Florida, with regular hours scheduled Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Produce 3D exteriors, interiors, floorplans, monument signs, amenity renderings and digitally staged images/360 tours for review/approval
- Once approved, create and maintain Photorealistic renderings to be displayed in a variety of published mediums
- Communicate and Collaborate with Design Studio, Engineering, Marketing and any outside vendors to plan, produce, and maintain high quality 3D content that fits brand standards
- Manage calendars for assigned projects
- Organize and tag assets in digital asset management system at the time of approval/completion
- Deliver renderings quickly, sometimes next day, if needed
- Organize files and their respective folders per department standards
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years or more experience with architectural renderings
- Proficient in 3D Rendering software
- Knowledge of digital staging and interior design best practices
- Willing to learn new programs
- Great attention to detail and a self-starter
- Excellent collaboration skills and team player mentality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to receive feedback and implement necessary changes to fit or elevate brand
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to changes as they arise and reprioritize projects and timelines as necessary
- Experience with creating renderings of site-built homes or commercial buildings
- Located in Central Florida or willingness to relocate
- Able to attend required in-person office meetings and company events
Physical Demands
- Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others
- Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment
- Work primarily involves sitting / standing
