Highland Homes was one of many builders who were recognized for their outstanding sales performance for the past 12 months. The Tampa Bay Builders Association held their annual Awards of Excellence at the Improv at Ybor City and it was a fun night for all.

Sales people throughout the Tampa real estate market were rewarded for their hard work and dedication to the new home industry and achieving a high success rate for sales. Highland Homes had 15 sales people with sales over 1 million dollars, 6 who achieved over 3 million and 2 who achieved over 6 million dollars. Gene Kucher, the community sales manager for the Enclave at Imperial Lakes was nominated for the New Home Sales Person of the Year and sold over 8 million dollars. Doug Pike, the community sales manager for Towne Park in South Lakeland was recognized for selling over 6 million dollars.

Amy Cooper and Denise Abercrombie were two of the sales people who achieved between 1-3 million in sales. Both Amy and Denise are new to the new home sales industry and had a great year. Several of the other sales team members who didn’t quite reach the one million dollars in sales mark were in attendance cheering their teammates on.

In today’s economy, these results are outstanding and Highland Homes is proud of all the accomplishments from their sales team.
