Where are the Fastest Growing Cities in Florida?

Florida is our home state and favorite place to be, and according to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau, many people feel the same way! Recent population estimates place the Sunshine State as the third fastest growing state in the nation, with the cities of St. Cloud and our hometown of Lakeland among Florida’s top 10 fastest growing cities based on numeric growth. And, when percentage of population is considered, St. Cloud is one of the fastest growing cities in the entire nation!

St. Cloud added 2,567 residents between July 1, 2017 and July 1, 2018, a 5% increase in population, ranking it as the ninth fastest-growing city in the U.S. At 54,115 residents, the city offers metro Orlando home owners an option for a small hometown near the big city’s employment options and attractions.
