Highland Homes was once again honored as one of the 50 fastest-growing privately-owned companies in Tampa Bay at the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 Awards luncheon on July 26, 2018. This marks the fourth year in a row that Highland Homes has been a Fast 50 Award recipient!
We were pleasantly surprised to be ranked the No. 44 Fastest Growing Company in Tampa Bay based on Percentage of Revenue Growth, with 46.65 percent growth from 2015 — 2017!
With more than 20 years of experience building new homes in Tampa Bay and throughout central Florida, we’ve worked hard on our commitment to continue to grow and help more Florida home buyers each year. As a local home builder based in nearby Lakeland, we enjoy building homes for our friends and neighbors in the communities in which we live and work. Time and again, our buyers tell us that our personal connections and customer service set us apart from the typical home builder.
Our company’s Owner and President, Bob Adams, has been building homes in Tampa Bay for 50 years, and was a founding partner of Sun State Homes prior to founding Highland Homes in 1996. Longstanding relationships with local suppliers and construction subcontractors have not only contributed to the success of the company, but also boosted the local economy.
