Just north of your new home in Lakeland is Gator Creek Reserve, one of the area’s most popular hiking locations located on the edge of the Green Swamp. Kids will enjoy playing at Hunt Fountain Park, complete with athletic fields, picnic areas, and playgrounds, or Lake Parker Park, with a playground, boat ramp, picnic pavilions, athletic fields, lawn games, a jogging path and even the opportunity to fish! Lakeland boasts a strong medical community, with an abundance of medical facilities close to Wilder Oaks offering both healthcare and employment opportunities.
