And now, you can experience the quality, design, and lifestyle offered here by touring the newly opened model home.

Let’s step inside the new model home and explore the standout features that make this a must-see on your search for a new home in St. Cloud, Florida.

Step Inside the Waylyn

Offering 2,460 square feet of living space, the Waylyn plan offers flexible living space to suit your needs and includes four or five bedrooms, three baths, and a 3-car garage, giving you plenty of room to spread out and personalize your space.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the home’s classic Craftsman-style exterior and open, flowing layout. We spoke with Stacey Antonakos-Perez, our Design Center Manager and lead model home decorator, about what makes this model home a must-see.

“It’s a very open layout that offers a ton of flexibility with furniture layouts and how the space can be used,” said Stacey. “The bedrooms are all large in size, and the owner’s suite enjoys privacy thanks to a split plan layout placing the secondary bedrooms on the other side of the home.”

Natural, Calming Decor

The interior design throughout the Waylyn model home embraces natural textures, earthy tones, and a calming aesthetic, creating a peaceful and welcoming environment from the moment you step inside. The space blends woods with greenery, a soothing neutral palette, and pops of oceanic blue.

A Gathering Space Built for Living

The heart of the home features a large gathering room, open kitchen, and sunny dining café that flow seamlessly together.

The gathering room is decorated with a tan leather sofa and loveseat, blue accent chairs, and wood furnishings, tying into the home’s natural color scheme. Wide-plank luxury vinyl plank flooring in warm wood tones throughout the space offers a high-end look with easy-to-clean convenience.

Bright, open kitchen with wood cabinets, quartz counters, and SS appliances.

The kitchen features 36-inch staggered warm wood cabinets, a large counter-height island, quartz countertops, Samsung stainless steel appliances, a stylish tiled backsplash, and a large walk-in pantry. A sunny dining café completes the space.

The den, located near the front of the home, is decorated as a home office. A statement wall with sage green millwork adds visual interest and serves as a perfect backdrop for the wood furniture and blue velvet seating.

“We showcased the den as a home office, but it could also function as a playroom or even a formal dining room,” said Stacey. “The Waylyn also offers the option to turn the den into a fifth bedroom.”

A spa-like en-suite owner’s bath completes the suite, providing:

  • A walk-in wardrobe
  • A tiled shower with a waterfall accent band
  • Linen and water closets
  • A luxurious freestanding soaking tub

Stacey notes that the design team had a great time working closely with construction to design the rooms, as it gave them the ability to showcase the fun that can be contained in each space while still coordinating with the overall design scheme of the home.

One room is designed with an astronomy theme, complete with vivid blues, glittery night sky wallpaper, and star-shaped pillows. Another room showcases a golf theme with green accents, including turf instead of wallpaper or paint below the chair rail for a playful twist!

These bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanities and a private tub and toilet area. It also showcases a new bathroom design feature – framed mirrors over each sink. “We love this new feature, because it allows space for added décor, such as shelving, photos, or plants,” notes Stacey.

The 4th bedroom makes a fantastic guest room thanks to the adjacent bath, and the option for en-suite bath access.  Decorated with soft blues and greens with hints of soft pink, it offers a cozy and welcoming space for visiting friends and family.
